Project Background：

This project was implemented for a leading enterprise in the e-commerce industry. In order to improve the logistics efficiency of the warehouse, we have deployed a total of 96 AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) in Zone A and Zone B. The project was launched in 2019. The AGVs transport and handle goods using an automated guidance system, which not only enhances the operational efficiency of the warehouse but also reduces the reliance on human labor. The implementation of this project will effectively assist the enterprise in elevating its warehouse management capabilities and further enhancing customer satisfaction.
